Nutrient medium for the isolation and preliminary identification of Salmonella Dry blood cultures (Wednesday Rappoport)
Environment is intended for the isolation and preliminary differentiation of Salmonella and blood cultures for bacteriological examination of blood in cases of suspected typhoid-paratyphoid infection.
Dry nutrient broth, agar, microbiological, zhelch dry, mannitol, phenol red, sodium carbonate.
30 g of product mix in 1 liter of distilled water, gently warmed (if necessary) to complete dissolution of particles.
Dispense into vials. Sterilize by autoclaving at 0.8 atm (11.5 Co) for 15 min.
