Feature:

The nutrient medium is used to isolate Salmonella from the test material.

Is a fine, hygroscopic, light-sensitive powder of light yellow color.

Ingredients:

Pancreatic hydrolyzate of fish meal, yeast extract, glucose, sodium chloride, sodium phosphate dibasic, sodium sulfite, sodium carbonate, iron sulphate, brilliant green, bismuth citrate agar.

Preparation:

Drug in an amount necessary for the preparation of the series of carefully stirred into 1 liter of distilled water, boiled with constant stirring for 3 min until complete melting of the agar. Cooled to a temperature of 45-50 ° C, stirred, poured into a sterile petri dish layer
